These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tajr Jild! located. By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: * Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. * Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Tajr Jild or users of the Services or expose them to liability. * Use the Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation. * Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Tajr Jild, a Tajr Jild employee, another user, or any other person or entity. * Engage in any other conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or harmful.
c. Content Restrictions: If your Services involve user-generated content, specify what is and is not allowed. Examples: * No content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. * No content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. * No unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
a. Our Content: All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Tajr Jild or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
b. Trademarks: The Tajr Jild name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Tajr Jild or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Tajr Jild
c. User-Generated Content (if applicable): If users can upload content, define ownership and licensing. * “By uploading or submitting any content to the Services, you grant TAJR JILD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.” * “You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Tajr Jild for all claims resulting from content you supply.”
7. Products and Services
a. Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
b. Pricing: All prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product or service listed at an incorrect price.
c. Availability: Product and service availability is subject to change without notice.
d. Returns and Refunds: Please refer to our Return Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.
e. Payment Terms: Detail accepted payment methods, billing cycles, and any associated fees.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Tajr Jild shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TAJR JILD HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TAJR JILD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAJR JILD, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TAJR JILD, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your user-generated content, any use of the Services’ content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts of United Arab Emirates although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Option A (Arbitration – often preferred for online brands): “At TAJR JILD‘s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying the United Arab Emirates law.”

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
15. Waiver
No waiver of by TAJR JILD of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of TAJR JILD to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and TAJR JILD regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
