At Tajr Jild, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You are eligible to return an item if it meets the following criteria:
- The item is in its original, unused, and re-saleable condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and undamaged.
- The return is initiated within the specified timeframe (see Section 3).
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 6).
2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@tajrjild.com or call us at +971561942872. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).
- Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item(s): Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Condition of Returned Items
For a successful return, items must be:
- Unused and Unworn: Products must show no signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration.
- Original Condition: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be present and undamaged.
- Complete: Items must be returned with all components and accessories that were included in the original package.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable”
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 – 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please follow the return process for the original item (Section 3). Once your return is approved, you can then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the exact item you want without delay.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of delivery) at info@tajrjild.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and cover all associated shipping costs for damaged or defective goods.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
